Tanja Eberwein, head of marketing, leads a team that is fluent in both traditional and modern digital marketing methodologies. As well as helping her team formulate and implement innovative and effective marketing and branding strategies, she also sees her role as mentor. She believes that it is important for her team members to feel seen and empowered to do their best work every day, so that both her client and SCOOP & SPOON can achieve the best outcomes for themselves, their brands, and their customers.
Working with multiple stakeholders and managing a broad variety of demands, she draws on a wealth of knowledge and experience that began at university, where she studied marketing and management. Her career has seen her working internationally, with time spent in Zurich. This multinational outlook and her varied background continue to help her meet the challenges of the modern world of digital marketing.
